Hi,
can someone please help me here... ?
I'm trying to AT+CMUX..... and I'm receiving the following error code:
"+CME ERROR: Operation not allowed"
 Qs:
1. Is there a way I can bypass it and enforce my phone to so?
2. Does this Operation "blocked" by the Manufacturer or by the Operator (i.e. by Samsung or by Vodafone/Verizon Wireless) ?

Maybe just phone does not support it or it does not support parameters
you passed to it.

i read the spec that the reason i think it's not the parameters...
anyway there are AT commands that it returns "ERROR"...
is it sound reasonable that specific AT commands blocked by the Operator ?
i.g. there are Operators (VzW) that blocked the AT commands for OBEX....
i also know that some of the Manufacturers have blocked the AT+CKPD  command...
so i guess there is no way to bypass it or to hack it....

Specs and implementation in phone are two completely different things.

Yes, some phones do not support some commands. But not that they were
blocked, they were simply never implemented.
